The picture above reminds me how often it's said that "life is a journey". Have you ever been in a car with kids on a long journey? One thing that they might say is "Are we there yet?" A parent may reply with "look at the views" or, "look at the countryside".

Sometimes, if we're not focusing on the right things, we too could be missing out on something of what the journey is all about.

True, life on that road in the above picture looks really good. But we all know that there are the not-so-good days as well as good days.

Here at 'Thorpdale Wesleyan Methodist Church', we believe that Jesus Christ meant it when He said "I am the way, the truth, and the life". In other words, Jesus Christ is to be the only destination of our life journey; but He's also to be our guide on the journey; and our help for the hard times.

We'd love you to consider with us the deeper purpose of our 'life journey'.
